Local Assets

We have already seen so many situations that happened in some countries. Those countries couldn’t get some benefits from their local assets because they didn’t have enough human resources to manage it. 

In order to avoid some sorts of things, the central government has decided to develop some sorts of programs. They have defined the main problems which is the lack of capabilities of the urban local government. 

In order to set the better government, some governments have decided to make several actions. They have already set some excellent programs that were conducted to support and improve the governments. 

It should be started from the smallest unit, and it would be the urban local government. The central government has decided to set some excellent programs that hopefully could have some positive impacts for the local community.  

The urban local government should make some clear actions to give some benefits for the local people. That is why, the need to have the better managerial skill to manage their local assets for the local people.

There are so many kinds of un-fairness that happened in this world. We would easily see that many places in the world should live in some sorts of substandard living levels; meanwhile, their place is the kind of rich place. 

Those local people haven’t received the revenue from the local richness. If they got the revenue, it would be only in small numbers. In this case, the urban local government didn’t do their jobs excellently.
