Local Assets

For some reasons, some governments might have already forgotten about their local assets. As a matter of facts, the Local assets are the treasures that sometimes haven’t been recognized by the central government.  

There are too many local assets that were taken over by some sorts of foreign countries via their companies. Some of them even have been abandoned because of lack of human resources that could deal with it. 

That would be the urban local government’s job to handle that. The urban local government should be able to sets some programs to get some revenues from those local assets that could be used for the local people and the government.

In order to set the better government, some governments have decided to make several actions. They have already set some excellent programs that were conducted to support and improve the governments. 

It should be started from the smallest unit, and it would be the urban local government. The central government has decided to set some excellent programs that hopefully could have some positive impacts for the local community.  

The urban local government should make some clear actions to give some benefits for the local people. That is why, the need to have the better managerial skill to manage their local assets for the local people.

There are some weird phenomena that happened in some countries. If we saw some TV news, or some newspapers, we would easily see that there are some countries that extremely rich of natural sources and potentials, but the people are also extremely poor. 

That would be something paradox, wouldn’t it? The question is; what have the urban local government done? Did they do anything to give some sorts of positive thing for the local people?  

Somehow, the urban local government said that they didn’t have enough human resources to manage their assets. They need some helps from the central governments to upgrade their skill.
