Local Assets

Local assets are the treasures that sometimes haven’t been “touch” by the central government. There are too many local assets that were taken by some sorts of foreign countries via their companies. In order to avoid some sorts of things, the central government has decided to developed some sorts of programs. those programs would be useful to overcome some troubles. They have define that the problem is the lack of urban local government. 

So, the conclusion is; they must upgrade the urban local development’s quality. They have already set some excellent programs that were conducted to support and improve the urban local government. The central government has decided to set some excellent programs that hopefully could have some positive impacts for the local community. So far, some assets that a local community has were not well managed. The impacts are clear. The local society has never get some revenues from their own assets.

There are some weird phenomena that happened in some countries. there are some countries that extremely rich of natural sources and potentials. Somehow, for some certain unclear reasons, the people of those countries are also extremely poor. the reason is clear; they didn’t have enough human resources to manage their assets. Realizing that situations would have some chances to some other countries, the governments of those countries started to realize. 

This is about time for the central governments to make some actions. they should realize that actually their countries have lots of unexplored natural resources. Some of them even have “sold” their natural resources to the other foreign companies. Of course, the country could loss some potential income just because they didn’t have the processing industry. The case usually continues with their dependency to the other countries who have the processing technologies that sadly, sold their products to the place where they get the raw material.

For some reasons, some governments might have already forgotten about their local assets. As a matter of facts, the Local assets are the treasures that sometimes haven’t been recognized by the central government.  

There are too many local assets that were taken over by some sorts of foreign countries via their companies. Some of them even have been abandoned because of lack of human resources that could deal with it. 

That would be the urban local government’s job to handle that. The urban local government should be able to sets some programs to get some revenues from those local assets that could be used for the local people and the government.
